Tools were a pain to use. I was asked to provide information about proof of no flood insurance and HOA, but I was given no information on how to provide the answer. A template or suggestions on allowable responses would be very helpful.

Josh has been way more than a knowledgeable voice of experience through the financing and refinancing of all our homes, he has been the voice of a friend. He is transparent in his care of our financial future and crystal clear in his advice and explanation of each and every process.
