Josh was excellent in helping us thru this whole process with the loan. He answered all our questions, told us exactly what we needed to have ready to send in, and kept us updated on the status of the loan throughout the whole process. Josh answered every question, whether during business hours or not, worked relentlessly to get my best rate, and made our dream of owning acreage in the Texas Hill Country a reality. Do you like getting the best deal, being informed on multiple points of view for making financial investments, understanding complex finance concepts with ease, and working with someone who knows and understands Austin? Josh did all of those things for my finance and I. We couldn't have a had a better experience, particularly because we were working with another mortgage officer/company prior to meeting Josh.
