Josh, in all the times we have done business with Josh Jordan in particular, has been right on top of everything right from the get-go. We ALWAYS tell our friends and family about our exceptional experience. The process for new loans or refinancing have always gone smoothly and any potential hiccups are addressed ahead of time and how they will be handled. Anyone who chooses to finance elsewhere is crazy!

While there is always quite a bit of information needed through the loan qualification process, Josh and Jackie's willingness to explain the "why" behind certain requests allowed for an overall smooth transaction and I came away with a much better understanding of the mortgage process. We were never a “number,” but instead came away feeling like a long term relationship created.

Josh is superb in every way! He makes the process of securing a mortgage and all the application paperwork a breeze. His language is approachable (i.e. I'm not technically savvy with this lingo and he helps me through it!) and his smarts are so appreciated to help us lock in a great rate along the way.

Very responsive, and gave us info to the level of detail we wanted. Great communication from Josh and Jackie about when we needed to submit paperwork, and they were very clear on when we would get news.
