This automated system is very impersonal, clunky and shows that you are not very technologically savvy. It significantly detracted from my overall experience. You should fix this system or junk it so that your real people can do their jobs.

I received an incredible number--way too many, mostly automated--emails, even though I had almost nothing to do with the process of this loan, other than signing documents. My husband, was responsible, not me. I understand the need to communicate on sizable loans, but 2 or more times per day is ridiculous, especially when they are automated and most really do not require my input.

Josh went above and beyond working with us and we feel so very lucky to have been connected with Josh. He communicated everything thoroughly and was an advocate for us throughout the entire process. We would work with Josh again in a heartbeat and have already begun recommending him to our friends.

Josh and Jackie were so helpful during the entire process of purchasing our first home. They responded to our (many) questions promptly and were there to offer additional advice when needed. The online platform was very user friendly and we were able to provide all documentation needed electronically.

At any point we had questions it was comforting to know we had Josh there to guide us and clarify things. As first time home buyers, Josh took the time to walk us through every step of the lending process. He was honest, thorough, and fought to get us the best deal possible. Although I'm sure he was working with multiple clients, he made us feel like we were his only client, answering our calls and emails anytime of the day. We have already recommended him to other home seekers, and will continue to do so going forward.
