There are times when using expletives to emphasize certain points or emotional responses to experiences. It would be completely inappropriate to do that in a professional setting so I'll use "...." where an expletive could have been used. Josh and his Team, with heavy emphasis on Jackie, were....great. The level of knowledge, experience, and guidance made the entire process....easy.

The guidance I received on my existing loan was the one unpleasant experience. My auto pay was deducted even though the instruction I received was that I didn't need to go turn it off.
