We like Josh a lot and the products offered are great, but some things, like the appraisers (or lack of appraisers) made it tough. That's no fault of Josh though, just a tough market.

Very organized and available for any questions you might have. Josh and his team did not waste time and did everything they could to close within the period planned for closing. The update of each step is instant and would recommend him to anyone who is impatient like me.

Josh not only provided me with excellent service every step of the way, he took the time to educate me about the lending and home buying process. To me, this shows that Josh is not only great at what he does, he's passionate about it. He cares about what he does in rare way, and that care translated to my family feeling like we couldn't have been in better hands when buying our home.

I don't know anyone else who actually knows their "mortgage guy" the way that we do. He is incredibly helpful and willing to spend the time on the phone with me to make sure I understand what is going on. I have 100% faith in everything he does for us. Plus, he's funny. We love Josh!

I'd sooner change realtors and banks than I'd change our loan officer. I own a business and interact with quite a few professional fields. Josh is my favorite of anyone I deal with. No one else has been as personal and helpful. He is professional (which is to be expected), but he goes far beyond that. He will give you a knowledge base I've seldom experienced. His emails are to be studied and archived
