First of all, he provided the best rate and was very thorough in explaining why, and walked us through all the details. When we had questions, someone got back to us in a timely matter. The web portal to upload documents made the process smooth and efficient.
If we ever find a need to finance/refinance in the future, we will definitely be looking forward to working with him again.

Josh is a true professional that takes the time to explain everything in a way that everyone can understand. He is, without a doubt, one of the best. I cannot say enough about how hard he worked on our refinance and how well he kept us "in the loop" about every step of the process.

Unfortunately, the lending process made multiple redundant requests for info we had already supplied, even up to the day before closing, repetitive and to a degree, requests that left us wondering "why would they need that?" (e.g., printouts of transfers from our savings to our checking account, in very specific format - had to be just so). Perhaps we're not familiar with this process, but it seems we could have had a more organized data process .. never ending requests!
Josh took on what was a somewhat complex refinancing of two homes and was phenomenal every step of the way.

As this was a new experience for us, Josh made sure at the onset that he provided as many details as possible as to what we might encounter from application to process to closure steps. Our situation was a very unique one which required razor focus and intensive follow up especially during such a busy season being year end and holidays coming up.
