We couldn't have had a better experience going through our first mortgage process. Josh was incredibly informative, communicative, and was patient with us as we learned the ropes of home financing, all with a great sense of humor and personable professionalism. The online submission of needed paperwork was easy to use and kept us on track to close with ease. If we had any questions along the way, Josh was always available to help.

This is our first time buying a house and taking out a mortgage loan and he took great care of us through the whole process. Great communication, clear information, easy to reach, we always felt like we had a clear handle on what was going on and when. Somehow he made the whole thing kinda fun, too? Was not expecting that part. Rad dude.

Josh Jordan went the extra mile literally, We were on a date line, A signature was left off by his associate (upon closing) and he drove 5/7 miles to meet us to get that missing signature to send contract in a timely manner, Josh is the man !
