I was referred to Josh by a couple of close friends who have worked with him in the past. Working with Josh and his team was such a great experience. He jumped on a phone call and walked me through the mortgage loan process in detail, always putting forward options that would benefit me. Due to COVID, all communication was either through phone, via text and/or email and his team's rapid response made me feel always top priority.

Josh made things easy for us, but still made sure we understood all of the key considerations and related details. Each time there was a choice to be made, he offered the pros and cons of each side without pushing us in a specific direction. When I did ask for his expert opinion, he gave it to me straight -- and I took his advice because he earned my trust. I'll be sending business his way whenever I have the chance.

Josh took the lead on following up between all the parties involved in the financing, and when kinks arose he explained in plain terms what kinds of information he needed from us, and by when. I get the vibe that the main reason the seller went with our offer was Josh's proactive work and rapid response time.

Josh and the team are amazing at not only making an arduous, regulation/administrative heavy process easy and seamless, but the interactions are actually pleasant and enjoyable. Josh did a great job of reading my level of knowledge so we didn't get bogged down in over explanation, but he was ALWAYS open and willing to answer any questions I had. This is the second time we have used this team.
